Whisky Auctioneer requires payment within 72 hours of winning an auction, and buyers can choose to ship, store, or collect their items. They offer Loss & Breakage Assurance for items at a cost of 3% of the total hammer price and commission, covering breakage and loss during transit. Winning lots are typically dispatched within 10 working days after payment, with shipping/tracking details sent by email.

Whisky Auctioneer Free Returns

Buyers have the right to cancel their purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods and must inform Whisky Auctioneer of their decision to cancel the contract. If a buyer cancels the contract, Whisky Auctioneer is required to reimburse all payments, including delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving the notification of cancellation. The buyer must return the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date of cancellation notification.
