If you place your order before 1pm, Spring-Loaded will dispatch it on the same day, and you can expect delivery within 5 working days. Please note that backorders and special orders have specific procedures. Pricing errors will be honored if not at a loss, and corrected if in favor of Spring-Loaded. Spring-Loaded Free Return

Spring-Loaded provides a 14-day return policy for all items purchased. You must notify Spring-Loaded within 14 days of receiving an item if you wish to return it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of surcharge items, which have a 6-month return window. For warranty claims, Spring-Loaded will act on your behalf, but the cost of returning an allegedly faulty item is paid by the customer. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
