Standard delivery takes up to 14 weeks, while rush delivery takes up to 8 weeks. In addition, customers can take advantage of a free store pickup service for online orders.

WED2B Free Returns

Wedding dresses purchased in-store at WED2B are only eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase, refunds are not permitted. The dress must be unworn, tags attached, and free from odor or damage to qualify for an exchange. Dresses that have been altered, customized, or had storage purchased cannot be exchanged. Bridesmaids dresses are excluded from the exchange policy as they are made-to-order. For online orders, customers have a 48-hour window to request changes or cancellations by emailing customercare@wed2b.com.
