Super7 allows returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of shipment for items in original packaging or new condition. Refunds are provided as store credit only.

Super7 Free Returns

Super7 accepts return & exchange requests within 21 days of placing the order for toys/figures in original packaging and apparel that is unwashed/unworn. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer, but Super7 can provide a return label upon request. If an item arrives damaged, the customer should contact Super7 with photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and packing label for assessment. Minor paint issues and slight damage to packaging do not qualify for a replacement or refund.
