Stikins, a family-owned business founded in 2003 and situated in Nantwich, Cheshire, sells Stikins. They had four children in school in 2003 and discovered that the name labels available to them were not precisely what they needed. The owner has worked for Markem Systems and Zebra Technologies for over 20 years, addressing labeling difficulties for businesses and delivering labels and labeling equipment. As a result, they made their own name labels. Even with contacts in label material makers, developing the original version of Stikins took six months of extensive research and testing.
