Return and Exchange Policy for Unused Products

ProSoccer accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order fulfillment date for new, unused, and unworn products. Sale items are also accepted. The company covers the shipping cost for exchanged items, but customers must pay the shipping label to ship the item back. If a purchased item is believed to be flawed or defective, it can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date, and ProSoccer will cover the return label for defective items.

Economy Shipping has typical transit times between 2-7 business days. International shipping is currently available only to Canada.
