Pattersons Free Returns

Pattersons offer a Free Returns Policy for our valued customers. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Simply log in to your account, go to "My Orders," select the order you want to return, and click on "Create Return Label." Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a Royal Mail drop-off point. Please note that certain exclusions apply, and Pattersons cover the cost of returns within mainland UK.

Some items may not qualify for free delivery, and extra charges could apply for remote areas. Orders are dispatched from Pattersons's Essex warehouse, and tracking numbers are provided for convenience.
