Made By Husk offers a 14-day return policy for standard products, with customers responsible for return costs and ensuring items are in original condition. A 2-year warranty covers production defects. Customers can cancel standard product orders within 14 days of delivery, as per distance selling regulations, but customised items like doors and drawer fronts are excluded. To withdraw, customers must email Made By Husk within 14 days of receipt, ensuring goods are suitably packaged and undamaged.
