Customers of Lenleys have the right to cancel non "made to order" items within seven working days of receiving their goods. Customers have up to 30 days after delivery to notify Lenleys of any faulty items, and Lenleys will either ask the customer to dispose of the item or arrange for it to be collected, after which a replacement or full refund will be processed.
