Kovered offers free worldwide delivery on all orders, with the option to upgrade to express shipping for an additional fee. Orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates are 2-3 working days for UK orders and 5-10 working days for international orders. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for free, while international orders are sent via DHL/Deutsche Post with free shipping for orders over £60 or a £4.95 fee for orders under £60. All duties and taxes are paid by Kovered for international orders, and upgraded express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
