Return Policy and Refund Process for Drink Finder Products

Products must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be paid within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return costs unless items were delivered in error or were damaged or defective. Courier collection is available at an additional cost.

Drink Finder offers gift cards that can be used both online and in their physical stores. Upon purchase, a PDF file will be provided, allowing customers to customize and send the gift card electronically or print it for mailing. Several denominations are available, including £15 and £70.
