Cancellation and Amendment Policy for Shipped Orders

If goods have been shipped, canceling or amending the order will result in the goods being returned and treated as a return. If the order is canceled after shipping, the refund may be less any carriage costs incurred.

Returns Policy and Process in 10 Days

Direct Stoves allows returns within 14 days from delivery. The returns team will contact the customer to arrange the returns process and inform them of any costs involved. If goods are not returned in a resalable condition, an amount may be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for the costs of returns.

Direct Stoves offers free one-man delivery to mainland UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland. Delivery may be delayed for heavy goods. It is recommended not to book contractors until the goods are received.
