Exchanges or re-sales may be available 24 hours before the event. If a show is cancelled, customers will be contacted in order. Curve will provide details on how to get a refund as soon as possible. The promoter can make changes to the promotion, but will try to notify customers. Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receiving all necessary information.
